सेम सेक्स मैरिज को मान्यता देने पर सुनवाई करेगा SC
समलैंगिक विवाह को कानूनी मान्यता देने की मांग वाली याचिकाओं पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट सुनवाई करेगा। हालांकि केंद्र सरकार ने सेम सेक्स मैरिज का पुरजोर विरोध करते हुए इतना तक कह दिया है कि शादी पर फैसला लेने का अधिकार संसद के पास है। कोर्ट के पास ये अधिकार नहीं है । यह डिमांड शहरी एलीट क्लास की है। इससे आम नागरिकों के हित प्रभावित होंगे। ऐसे में याचिकाओं को खारिज किया जाना चाहिए।
SC to hear on recognition of same sex marriage
The Supreme Court will hear today the petitions demanding legal recognition of gay marriage. Although the central government has strongly opposed the same sex marriage, saying so much that the Parliament has the right to decide on the marriage. The court does not have this authority. This demand is of the urban elite class. This will affect the interests of common citizens. As such, the petitions should be dismissed.
