भारतीयों में बड़ी आंत कैंसर के मामले तेजा से बढ़ रहे है इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ रिसर्च यानी ICMR की रिपोर्ट मुताबिक 2020 में कोलोरेक्टल कैंसर के 19 लाख नए मामले सामने आए। स्वास्थ्य सर्वेक्षण की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक रेड मीट यानी लैंब, मटन, पोर्क और प्रोसेस्ड मीट में कार्सिनोजेनिक होता है। यह टिश्यूज को कैंसर के टिश्यू में बदलने की ताकत रखता है। 45 साल से ज्यादा उम्र वालों को हर साल टेस्ट कराने चाहिए।
